Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, you will receive an email with the door code; it will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-out: 10 am
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is no check-in office; access the cabin directly. The door code will be emailed to you once all payments are made and will be resent a week before your stay.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Fireplaces are available for use between October 1st and February 28th; not available between March 1st and September 30th.
  • The property owners are constructing a new property adjacent to this one and reside in an RV on the premises.

Pet Policy

  • Dog fee: $100 per dog, non-refundable.
  • Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
  • Dogs only; no other pets allowed.
  • Guests must bring a crate for their dog(s).
  • Do not leave pets alone at the property unless they are kept in a crate/kennel.
  • Please clean up after your pet(s).
  • If evidence of fleas, damage, or need for additional cleaning is found after your departure, you will be charged for all repairs or additional cleaning required.
  • Bring your own sheets/blankets to cover areas your pet sleeps on, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged for excess dog hair or odor.

  • Dog fee: $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Vacay Protection: Travel protection includes cancellation guarantee (full refund minus vacay protection fee if canceled up to 7 days before check-in), inclement weather flexibility (date change or cancellation for certain conditions), damage coverage up to $250 for unintentional damage (charges apply to damages above this, or for intentional damages), 24-hour on-call maintenance, and access to a guest app for property information and discounted tickets.
